Authenticity & Material - All items are described accurately to the best of our knowledge. Materials used in each jewelry piece are accurately disclosed within the product description. Order Confirmation - Orders are processed upon receipt of payment in full. Returns & Exchanges - LAMAR allows a client or gift recipient to return or exchange with proof of purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of the jewelry. All LAMAR jewelry must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Once received, your return or exchange may take up to seven business days to confirm its unworn, pristine condition with our quality control inspection process. Repairs - We offer complimentary repairs for defects reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Repairs due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage may incur a fee. Care Instructions - 18k gold sealed over surgical steel offers lasting shine and hypoallergenic wear, but like all fine finishes, it benefits from gentle care. 1.) Avoid Harsh Chemicals - Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products. Chlorine, bleach, and strong detergents can dull the gold finish. 2.) Last On, First Off - Apply perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays before putting on your jewelry. This minimizes exposure to substances that can cause fading. 3.) Clean Gently - Wipe your piece with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue. For deeper cleaning, use warm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. 4.) Store with Care - Keep jewelry in a soft pouch or lined box, away from other pieces, to avoid scratches. Store in a cool, dry place. 5.) Avoid Abrasion - While surgical steel is durable, the gold finish can still wear over time. Remove jewelry before exercise, heavy lifting, or contact with rough surfaces. 6.) Polish, Don’t Buff - Never use abrasive jewelry cleaners or polishing cloths meant for raw metal — these can strip the gold. Customers are responsible for following provided care guidelines to maintain product longevity. Sales Tax - Sales tax is charged where applicable by law. Pricing - Prices are subject to change without notice. Product Variations & Color Disclaimer - Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of certain items, slight variations in color, tone, and finish may occur. Waterproof / Water Resistant / Tarnish Disclaimer - While our jewelry is designed for durability and everyday wear, longevity of the gold finish depends on individual wear habits, exposure to moisture, chemicals, body chemistry, and proper care. Tarnishing or fading over time is considered normal wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Final Sale Items - For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings may be final sale unless defective upon arrival. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Shipping & Delivery – Orders are processed upon successful receipt of full payment. Processing and shipping timelines may vary depending on inventory availability and made-to-order production requirements. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and transit delays are outside of LAMAR’s control. LAMAR is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment confirmation or marked delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Shipping insurance may be available upon request prior to order fulfillment. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection - LAMAR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale abuse. Limitation of Liability - LAMAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
