Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges - LAMAR allows a client or gift recipient to return or exchange with proof of purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of the jewelry. All LAMAR jewelry must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Once received, your return or exchange may take up to seven business days to confirm its unworn, pristine condition with our quality control inspection process.

Repairs - We offer complimentary repairs for defects reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Repairs due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage may incur a fee.

Sale Items - For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings may be final sale unless defective upon arrival. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

By completing a purchase through LAMAR, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms, policies, and care guidelines stated herein. LAMAR reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
